By using the GharTakExpress Delivery website, app or WhatsApp ordering service, you agree to these terms. GharTakExpress Delivery is a service of Ghar Tak Express.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order if items are out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or fraud is suspected.
2. Pricing
Prices on the site include applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of checkout applies to that order.
3. Delivery
Our delivery promise is up to 60 minutes within serviceable areas. Times may vary due to weather, traffic, festivals or high demand. Free delivery on orders above ₹999; a small fee applies below.
4. Payment
Accepted: Cash on Delivery and UPI (scan QR). For UPI orders you must enter the correct transaction reference; orders without valid payment will not be dispatched.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, place fake orders, abuse delivery staff or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
GharTakExpress Delivery's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
